I started this journey over 18 years ago with one goal in mind: to share honest, high-quality food with people in a personal and meaningful way.
As a private chef, I bring my cuisine to you — whether you’re in a private villa, on a yacht, or hosting an intimate event. I design custom menus inspired by Cretan tradition, using fresh, seasonal ingredients and giving each dish the care it deserves.

For many years, I worked in professional kitchens – from restaurants to hotel resorts – where I had the opportunity to grow, observe, and evolve every single day.
Each service, each team, and each dish taught me something valuable: discipline, creativity, consistency, and above all, respect for food and for the people I cook for.
All those experiences shaped the way I cook today. They gave me the foundation I needed to now offer something more personal – food with identity, soul, and purpose, served in your space, your moment.

Cooking has always been more than just a profession for me – it’s a way of expressing myself. I love the process, the rhythm, the transformation of raw ingredients into something meaningful. Whether I’m preparing a simple salad or a slow-cooked dish, I put the same care and attention into every step. It’s my way of connecting with people – through flavor, aroma, and memory.
My heart belongs to Cretan cuisine. I feel proud to cook with local ingredients and traditional recipes that carry stories from past generations. My goal is to share the richness of Cretan gastronomy – its purity, its depth, and its ability to bring people together. I don’t try to reinvent it – I let it speak for itself, with respect and a modern touch.
I enjoy exploring flavors from different cultures, techniques from international kitchens, and combining ideas in subtle, respectful ways. For me, cooking is a continuous journey — and I’m always eager to learn, taste, and be inspired.
