What kind of menus do you offer?

I offer a range of menus inspired by Cretan cuisine — from seafood and slow-cooked meats to vegetarian options and full traditional experiences. All menus are tailored to your event, preferences, and dietary needs.

Do you only cook Cretan food?

While Cretan cuisine is at the heart of what I do, I also enjoy incorporating flavors from other cultures when requested. My focus is always on quality ingredients, simplicity, and balance — no matter the origin of the dish.

Do you provide service staff and tableware?

For small private dinners, I can serve the meal personally. For larger events, I collaborate with trusted partners to provide service staff, tableware, and anything else you may need for a complete experience.

Can you cook in any location?

Yes — I’m fully equipped to cook in private homes, villas, outdoor spaces, and even yachts. All I need is basic kitchen access; I’ll take care of the rest.

How far in advance should I book?

The earlier, the better — especially during high season in Crete. Ideally, I recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and discuss your custom menu.

Do you cater for dietary restrictions?

Absolutely. I can accommodate allergies, intolerances, and lifestyle choices such as vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free. Just let me know in advance, and I’ll design the menu accordingly.
