While Cretan cuisine is at the heart of what I do, I also enjoy incorporating flavors from other cultures when requested. My focus is always on quality ingredients, simplicity, and balance — no matter the origin of the dish.
For small private dinners, I can serve the meal personally. For larger events, I collaborate with trusted partners to provide service staff, tableware, and anything else you may need for a complete experience.
Yes — I’m fully equipped to cook in private homes, villas, outdoor spaces, and even yachts. All I need is basic kitchen access; I’ll take care of the rest.
The earlier, the better — especially during high season in Crete. Ideally, I recommend booking at least 1–2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and discuss your custom menu.
